We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of successful order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
- Other Locations: 3-7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE on:
- All prepaid orders
- All orders above ₹999
Shipping charges for other orders, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
ZENA shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video and contacting us immediately at support@thehouseofzena.in.
