Who is House of Zena and what kind of jewellery do they make?

House of Zena (ZENA) is India's premier everyday demi-fine jewellery brand based in Surat, Gujarat. We craft 18K gold plated, 100% waterproof, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic jewellery designed for effortless everyday wear, bridging the gap between expensive solid gold and perishable fashion jewelry.

Is House of Zena jewellery truly 100% waterproof and sweat-safe?

Yes, all House of Zena jewellery is 100% waterproof, sweatproof, and heat-resistant. Engineered with 316L surgical stainless steel and 18K Gold Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) vacuum coating, you can wear it continuously while showering, swimming, working out, or applying lotions and perfumes without tarnishing or fading.

Will House of Zena jewellery rust, tarnish, or turn my skin green?

No. House of Zena jewellery will never turn your skin green or rust. Green discoloration is caused by copper or cheap brass oxidizing against perspiration. We use surgical-grade 316L stainless steel that is 100% nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free, making every piece completely skin-safe and hypoallergenic.

What is 18K PVD Gold Plating and how does it compare to normal gold plating?

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is an advanced aerospace-grade vacuum coating process where real 18K gold is vaporized and bonded at a molecular level to surgical stainless steel. PVD coating is up to 10 times thicker and more durable than traditional flash electroplating, making it scratch-resistant, non-peeling, and impervious to tap water and sweat.

Is House of Zena jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, 100% hypoallergenic. Our jewellery is crafted specifically for irritation-prone and sensitive skin. It contains zero nickel, zero lead, and zero cadmium, ensuring comfort for 24/7 daily wear without itching or redness.

What is House of Zena's return and exchange policy?

House of Zena provides a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy across India. If you need a different size or style, we arrange free doorstep reverse pickup and prompt replacements or store credits.

Does House of Zena offer a warranty on its jewellery?

Yes. Every piece of House of Zena jewellery comes backed by our signature 6-Month Anti-Tarnish & Plating Guarantee. In the rare event of premature plating discoloration or manufacturing defect, we provide complimentary replacement.

What are the shipping charges and delivery times across India?

We offer Free Insured Express Delivery across 28,000+ pincodes in India via top couriers like BlueDart and Delhivery. Orders are dispatched from our Surat atelier within 24 to 48 hours. Metro cities receive parcels in 2 to 4 business days; rest of India within 4 to 7 business days.

Does House of Zena support Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure prepaid payments?

Yes, House of Zena supports both Cash on Delivery (COD) across India and all secure digital payment methods, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking with bank-grade encryption.

Where is House of Zena headquartered and where does jewellery ship from?

House of Zena is headquartered in Surat, Gujarat — India's world-renowned diamond and jewellery capital. Every order is quality-tested, hand-packed in velvet-lined gift boxes, and dispatched directly from our Surat atelier.

How should I clean and maintain my House of Zena demi-fine jewellery?

Maintenance is effortless. Simply rinse your jewellery under lukewarm tap water and wipe it dry with a soft microfiber cloth to remove oils, dust, or perfumes. Because our pieces are waterproof and PVD coated, no specialized polishing solutions are needed.

Can I gift House of Zena jewellery?

Yes! Every House of Zena order arrives in signature luxury packaging featuring a branded presentation box, custom pouch, microfiber care wipe, and a plantable seed card, making it ready to gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and festive celebrations.
