Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout India. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping partner availability.

Jewelry Packaging

All jewelry items are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each order is shipped in protective packaging suitable for gifting and storage.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain locations may have shipping restrictions due to courier service limitations. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
